These Terms of Service govern your use of ListingRx. By using ListingRx, you agree to these Terms and any applicable marketplace authorization terms.

1. ListingRx service

ListingRx provides seller analytics, listing diagnostics, and recommendations based on seller-authorized marketplace information. ListingRx does not guarantee sales, ranking, traffic, profitability, or any particular marketplace outcome.

2. Read-only design

ListingRx is designed as a read-only diagnostic service. Unless a future feature is clearly disclosed and separately authorized, ListingRx does not automatically create, modify, or delete marketplace listings.

3. Marketplace connections

You are responsible for connecting only marketplace accounts you are authorized to use. Marketplace access is subject to the marketplace's own terms, permissions, API availability, and service limits.

4. Fees

If paid access is offered, pricing and billing terms will be presented before purchase. ListingRx charges for its own diagnostic service and analysis, not merely for access to marketplace features that the marketplace itself provides free.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse ListingRx, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law or marketplace rules.

6. No guarantee of marketplace outcomes

Recommendations are informational and depend on the quality, completeness, and availability of marketplace data. Marketplace algorithms, buyer behavior, competition, and policies can change. You remain responsible for business decisions.

7. Etsy-specific notice

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.

AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

8. Warranty disclaimer

ListingRx is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ListingRx and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its diagnostics.

10. Changes and termination

We may update the service or these Terms as needed. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security reasons, legal requirements, or marketplace-platform requirements.
