Email support
We aim to respond to support inquiries in a reasonable and timely manner.
Before contacting support
- Never email marketplace passwords, API secrets, or full OAuth tokens.
- Include the marketplace name and a short description of the issue.
- If relevant, include the time the issue occurred and any non-sensitive error message.
Marketplace authorization
ListingRx accesses private marketplace information only after seller authorization through the marketplace's approved connection process. You can revoke marketplace authorization through the applicable marketplace.
